Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Egg Beaters, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated or zucchini and grated carrots, mixed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 2 loaf pans with nonfat cooking spray.
    Sift the flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder; set aside.
    Mix Egg Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds and vanilla.
    Add sifted ingredients and blend in grated zucchini. Pour into loaf pans and bake 60 to 70 minutes.
    Yields 2 loaves (24 slices).
