Garden Patch Special Veal Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. veal, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1 c. coarsely chopped celery
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. red wine
    2 c. peas or green beans
    4 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    2 beef or vegetable bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. each: salt and sugar
    1 /2 tsp. each: thyme, rosemary leaves and ground marjoram
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart casserole.
    Cover and cook 5 to 6 hours at 325\u00b0.
    After 3 1/2 hours, stir well and continue cooking.
    Remove from oven, let cool for a brief time. Serves 10.
