Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petit peas
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine corn, green beans, peas, onion, celery, green pepper and pimento in a large bowl.
    In another bowl mix vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper together.
    Beat slightly to help dissolve sugar.
    Pour over vegetables and cover.
    Chill for several hours.
