Roy'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, split and boned or 6 chicken legs and thighs
Preparation

Mix the soy sauce, wine, hoisin, ginger, lemon peel, lemon juice and pepper.
Pour into a large sturdy plastic bag.
Add the chicken; seal bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Before cooking, drain chicken and discard marinade.
Arrange chicken side down in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake uncovered in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken over, skin side up, and cook another 10 minutes for breasts (20 minutes for legs and thighs) or until meat is no longer pink when slashed.
Or instead of cooking, barbecue over a low fire.
