Baked Pork Chops With Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 lb. can Boston baked beans
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Season the chops with salt and pepper; brown them well in a skillet.
Place the chops in a shallow baking dish.
Drain fat from skillet and saute the onion and green pepper in butter or margarine.
Add the garlic, baked beans, chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Pour over chops.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
