Texas Cornbread(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal *
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Pour mixture into pan and bake until done, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool slightly.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
    Best served warm.
