Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
 
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 pt. light sour cream
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed celery soup
Preparation
- 
                            Mix ingredients in a large bowl and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
 
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Garnish with red and green bell peppers.
