Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 small onion, minced
 
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. shelled, cooked and deveined small shrimp
1 c. crab meat
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all of the ingredients and chill for several hours. Serve on bed of lettuce.
