Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    5 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt together.
    Beat eggs well. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add oil. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Stir in cereal and nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Batter will keep 3 weeks in refrigerator or may be baked and frozen.
