Maria'S Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/3 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt sugar and pour in pan. Combine the other ingredients and pour into pan. Place pan in a slightly larger pan filled with enough water to just reach the top of the side after the pan containing the mixture is placed inside. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove and allow to cool. Invert pan onto a plate and tap gently until the flan drops to the plate. Chill and serve.
