Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine
    3 1/4 c. toast, broken into small pieces
    3 1/2 c. crumbled cornbread
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. giblet broth, warm
Preparation
    Saute onions, green pepper and celery in margarine.
    Mix bread crumbs with the seasonings in a large bowl.
    Add sauteed ingredients and pour in broth; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and cover.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
    Yields 15 to 18 servings.
