Hawaiian Banana Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped coconut
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat.
    Combine with bananas,
    orange
    rind,
    vanilla and almond extract.
    Mix thoroughly; add milk, finely chopped coconut, finely chopped pecans and flour sifted
    with soda and salt.
    Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased loaf pan for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
