Rice And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean ground beef
    1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Shape into balls; put in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine hot water and beef seasoning packet.
    Pour over meat.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Turn meatballs, halfway through cooking.
    Makes 16 to 24 meatballs.
