Ingredients

1 pkg. carrots, peeled and shredded
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, sprayed with Pam, place shredded carrots.
Melt together all other ingredients except pineapple. Add pineapple with juice.
Pour over carrots and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until thick and glazy.
