Sumi Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    8 green onions, finely sliced
    1 head cabbage, finely chopped
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles (Japanese instant soup)
    Dressing
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet and toast almonds and seed until lightly browned.
    Combine with onions, cabbage, noodles and dressing. Cover and chill several hours for flavors to blend.
    Makes about 10 servings of 1/2 cup each.
