Peanut Mounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. butterscotch morsels
    12 oz. salted Spanish peanuts
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Melt combined morsels in top of double boiler over boiling water on stove or melt in large bowl in microwave, following manufacturer's directions for melting chocolate.
    When morsels are all melted and stirred together, pour in salted peanuts.
    Stir until all peanuts are coated.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    Let cool and harden.
    Then enjoy!
