Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled, peeled and shredded
1/4 c. margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Heat 1/4 cup margarine with soup.
Blend sour cream, onions and cheese into soup.
Stir in potatoes.
Pour into casserole dish.
Mix cornflakes with melted margarine.
Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
