Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. olive ol
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    ham or salami
    onions
    peppers
    pepperoni
    Cheese (Mozzarella sharp Brick cheese)
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 1/3 cups warm water.
    Add flour, sugar and salt.
    Add more flour, enough so you can handle dough.
    When smooth and elastic from kneading, cover in large bowl that has been greased.
    Let rise for 3 hours.
    Pat out dough into 3 squares.
    Put meat, cheese, onion, etc. you desire on top.
    Roll up like jelly roll and seal edges.
    Brush rolls with beaten egg. Bake until brown in 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
