Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. Mazola oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Delicious apples, diced
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Mix all and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in Bundt pan.
