Zucchini Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. zucchini, grated
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Spoon mixture into well-greased mini muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 24 appetizers.
