Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, then flour and soda.
Mash bananas and whip until very light.
Add bananas and nuts.
Turn in well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
