Carrot Cake(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    3 c. grated carrots (about 6)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil, salt, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Add flour, then carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
