Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked fine bulgar
    3 c. vegetable stock
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white beans
    3 chopped tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. mint
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Boil stock, add salt and bulgar.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, cover pot and let sit for 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain excess water.
    Chill.
    Toss with all other ingredients.
    Adjust to taste.
