Baja Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans ready-cut tomatoes
    3 oz. diced green chilies
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 2/3 c. pinto or kidney beans
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    8 corn tortillas, cut in 1 inch strips
    8 oz. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in nonstick skillet.
    Add tomatoes, chilies, mushrooms, beans, chili powder and cumin.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Put half tortilla strips down.
    Pour 1/4 tomato mixture and 1/3 cheese over tortillas.
    Repeat layers, ending with sour cream and last 1/4 of tomato mixture. Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
