Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
4 large potatoes, cut into large chunks
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In a large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close the bag and shake to cover potatoes with soup mix and oil. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
