Greek Oven Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled (1 lb.)
2 tsp. olive oil
vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
Preparation

Scrub potatoes. Cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Place wedges in a bowl with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes.
Drain. Pat dry with paper towels.
Toss potatoes with oil.
Place skin side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Combine oregano, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with vinegar.
Serve oven fries immediately.
Yields 4 servings.
