Cocktail Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. can chili peppers
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 beaten eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Drain, seed and chop peppers.
    Mix peppers and cheeses.
    Place in a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with Pam.
    Add salt to eggs and pour in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
