Mediterranean Shrimp With Linguine - cooking recipe

12 oz. linguine
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 1/4 c.)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained
3/4 c. large pitted black olives, sliced and drained
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. crumbled Feta (2 oz.)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Prepare linguine and keep warm.
In 12-inch skillet over medium-high, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
Add shrimp and cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently until shrimp is just pink.
Using slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to plate.
