Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
Preparation

In a large bowl, sift together first 5 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients at once using a spoon.
Bake 1 hour 10 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
