Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pie crust (top and bottom) or make your own
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix together sugar, flour and orange rind.
    Add fruit and mix well.
    Put into pie crust.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cut strips from top crust and make a lattice top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
