Squash Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. butternut squash
    2 carrots
    4 c. apple juice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook to tender.
    Put through Foley food mill or blender.
    Serve hot or cold with a dab of yogurt.
