Corn Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ears corn
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 pt. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Drop onto hot skillet with a large spoon.
(These are small pancakes.)
Cook on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with butter and syrup.
Delicious!
Make sure to cook some bacon up on the side!
