Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix together Nestle
    Quik and red food coloring and set aside. Cream together
    butter,
    sugar,
    eggs, milk (butter or sour), flour and
    vanilla.
    Add coloring mixture slowly.
    Beat 10 minutes with electric mixer.
    Then mix together vinegar and soda;
    add to batter
    slowly
    by
    hand.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
