Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, drained and juice reserved
1/4 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
grated peel of 1 orange
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven at 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the reserved pineapple juice (discard remaining juice or set aside for another use), the pineapple, orange juice, grated orange peel, milk, eggs, brown sugar, oil and poppy seed.
