Wine Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves (4 lb.), skinned
1 lb. fresh mushroom halves
1 c. Chablis dry white wine
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts, breast bone side down, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Arrange mushrooms around chicken.
Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley, whole tarragon, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
Yields 8 servings with 154 calories per serving.
