Flank Steak(Rice As A Side Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or more flank steak
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    fresh garlic, chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak.
    Combine remaining ingredients as marinade.
    Marinate 4 hours or overnight.
    Broil 4 to 5 minutes each side (for medium-rare), brushing with marinade.
    Slice thinly across grain.
    (May serve as main course and/or appetizer at room temperature with rye bread.)
