Ming Chicken Crepe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 crepes (Chinese or French)
    1 c. white chicken breast, sliced and marinated
    2 c. bean sprouts, rinsed
    1/2 c. soaked, dried mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. pea pods, sliced lengthwise
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced lengthwise
    1 or 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Stir-fry sprouts, mushrooms and pea pods in a wok or skillet in 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil for about 2 minutes until done. Set aside. Stir-fry chicken in oil. When nearly done, add vegetables. Toss; remove to serving platter and sprinkle with uncooked green onions.
