Italian Bow Knots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    about 4 c. flour (enough to make dough stiff and enough to roll dough out)
    oil (for deep frying)
    honey or confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients, kneading together with hands until smooth.
    Divide into 3 portions.
    Roll each portion out separately (about as thin as pastry).
    Cut with pastry cutter or pizza wheel.
    Tie into bows and drop carefully into hot oil; fry to light brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Dip in boiling honey or powder with confectioners sugar.
