Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in butter for ten minutes.
Add next five ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish.
Top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
