Pecan Sandwich Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. pecan meal
    1/2 c. gluten or barley flour
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix dry
    ingredients.
    Add
    water and soy sauce.
    Place in sprayed can
    and
    cover.
    Place in crock-pot with 1 inch of water. Steam on high 4 hours.
