Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium carrots, sliced into 1/2 inch circles
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put carrots in 2 quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with soup mix. Add water.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 until carrots are tender, 1 1/2 hours.
    Add water if needed.
    Makes 10 servings.
