White Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    pinch of salt
    nutmeg
    vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Put potatoes in bowl; add butter, sugar, flour, eggs, milk, salt and flavoring.
    Mix well and pour in an unbaked pie crust. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to cook until browned.
