Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. icing sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and peanut butter.
Gradually add sugar and cream well.
Add unbeaten egg and extract.
Sift flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the cream mixture.
Fill cookie press half full and form cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes five dozen.
