Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized potatoes, sliced thin
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese, peppers and onions in
    greased
    baking dish.\tSeason each layer with salt and pepper.
    Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with milk.
    Pour over potatoes;
    cover.
    Bake
    for
    1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven. Remove cover and let brown slightly.
