Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and banana, beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour in greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Store overnight before serving.
