Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    1 1/2 loaves of bread, cubed
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. margarine
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in
    margarine.
    Then
    pour
    over bread cubes.
    Add chicken.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into first mixture.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans which have been greased.
