Party Rye Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    garlic salt or powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown the sausage and hamburger separately.
    Add the cheese and garlic salt.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Roll up in a long roll.
    Refrigerate.
    Slice and place on small 3 x 3-inch party rye slices.
    Broil until brown.
