Spa Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, cut up
    1 bunch celery, including leaves
    4-6 large onions, cut up
    1 green pepper, including seeds
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    small amount brown rice (optional)
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage, celery onions, peppers and put in large pan (Dutch oven size).\tAdd 1 qt. water and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes and cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Heat a bowl of soup anytime you feel hungry.
