Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Southern style hash browns (32 oz.)
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. red or green pepper
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Add potatoes to 1 quart boiling water.
    Return to boil.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and mix well.
    Season.
    Refrigerate.
