Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box cherry Jell-O
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    1 can pitted cherries
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Pour cherries and juice into saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, add sugar and Jell-O; stir until dissolved.
    Remove from heat and chill until partially jelled.
    Fold in Jell-O and nuts.
